1. No Refunds on Handmade & Custom Orders

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

Custom orders (jewelry & clothing) are made specifically for you and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production begins.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund on a case-by-case basis.
3. Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for damaged or incorrect items—not for sizing issues or personal preference.

Customers may need to return the original item before receiving a replacement.
4. Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was incorrect or faulty.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Custom-made clothing or jewelry.

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
6. Processing Time for Refunds/Exchanges

If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

Store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days after approval.
